Shipping & Dispatch Information

• Delivery Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

DPD Next Day Delivery
If DPD Next Day delivery is selected:
• This service operates Monday to Friday only (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Available for UK mainland addresses only.
• Non-mainland or remote locations may be sent using an alternative DPD service with extended delivery times.
• If unsure whether your area qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Returns & Refunds Policy
A. Change of Mind Returns (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
• Notification: You must inform us of your decision to return within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@mmgoods.co.uk
• Return Period: Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale.
We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
• Return Postage: The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
• Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days, including the original standard delivery cost (premium delivery upgrades are non-refundable).

B. Faulty or Damaged Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair.

3. Any visible courier damage or labels
3. Wait for our instructions before returning the item.
Once assessed, we will:
• Offer a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
• Cover all return postage costs for faulty or damaged items.
