  1. Placing an order

You must be 18 or over to place an order.

You may place an order using the standard basket and checkout process or an available express checkout option.

Before confirming payment, please review the products, quantities, delivery details and total price shown and correct any errors using the available controls.

For the standard checkout, submit your order by selecting “Place order and pay”. For express checkout, use the Buy or Pay control presented by the payment provider.

Our website, checkout and these terms are available in English.

After you submit an order, we will email you to acknowledge that we have received it. This acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order.

We keep a record of each order. Account holders can view available order details in My Account. The applicable version of these terms is not stored there as a separate contract document, so please keep your order emails and save or print a copy of these terms.

  1. Acceptance of your order

Your order is an offer to purchase the goods.

We accept your order when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched. Our acceptance applies only to the goods identified in that dispatch confirmation. If goods are dispatched separately, we may send separate dispatch confirmations.

Taking or authorising payment before dispatch does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order.

If we cannot accept an order or an item—for example, because it is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or we identify an error in the price or product information—we will inform you and refund any amount taken for the affected item without undue delay.

  1. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total price payable, including VAT where applicable and any delivery charge, is shown before you place your order.

The available payment methods are shown during checkout or through the applicable express checkout option. Payment may be authorised or taken when the order is placed, depending on the payment method used.

  1. Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds

Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  1. Customer reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the product.

Reviews are checked before publication. We may reject content that appears fake, fraudulent, misleading, unrelated to the product, a customer-service message rather than a product review, abusive or unlawful.

We do not reject a genuine review solely because it is negative. We do not pay for or reward reviews.

By submitting a review or other content for publication, you give us permission to publish it on our website.
